Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Inficon Amat 0190-26328 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Innovative-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Johnson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Innovative-Technology such as the PTE0803Y101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RV464G manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RPA1051 by Manufacturer Johnson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ingersoll-Rand Brand 6370063 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Iwaki such as EHE36E1PE equipment made by Iwaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iwaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iwaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 99384224 made by Ingersoll-Rand as well as the popular PCI4914 original spares produced by Interface

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 183022 by Jeol and EHE36E1PE spares by Iwaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RMV29050 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intillunis.
